I am planning to put offer for https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/84-Longview-Dr-Daly-City-CA-94015/15474020_zpid/?utm_campaign=zillowwebmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare as I love its ocean front view. However, I notices the backyard was skipped for renovation and has visible large cracks. It looks like seller acquired the house then wants flip for 1.3m+. I did research on area and it seems these soil settlements are expected in daily city due to soil type. I wanted to ask if anyone has any information about house or experience on dealing house with similar type of cracks. (It is on the left side (there should be level diff between crack)
