Looking for guidance
I’m a new collector. I’ve been buying on whatnot which is pretty fun and so far I have not received anything out of place. I bid on a sealed pack and pulled this last night. I’m curious if anyone knows the value or has guidance on should i attempt getting graded. Thanks in advance. PS. Sorry for the poor quality photo.
