Been doing the same 3 Js for 3 1/2 to 4 years now.

J3 has always been a lot tougher than the other 2. In fact I work more at J3 than the other two combined. It’s also the lowest paying.

Got layered under a micromanager last year who put me on PIP.

I know I’m not supposed care but I do and have been trying really hard to comply and do better, but they still tell me I’m basically a trash employee daily.

The whole thing is taking a toll on my mental health, but for some reason I keep on fighting with them anyway.

Main practical reason for J3 is because it is in a different industry from J1 & J2 who are both direct competitors. Plus J1 is about to go through massive layoff.

Advice?
