Honestly, I’m at a breaking point. I’ve been building my B2B SaaS for two years now, and I still haven't landed a single paying customer.

I’ve done the "standard" advice:

Constant cold email outreach (low open rates, zero conversions).

Posting on LinkedIn/Twitter (mostly shouting into the void).

Tweaking the landing page a dozen times.

Still at $0 MRR. It feels like I’m building in a vacuum. For those of you who actually broke through and got that first real B2B client how did it actually happen? Was it a cold call? A specific community? Or did you just pivot until something clicked?

Any advice what actually worked for you ?
