Restaurant pushing off their lack onto drivers!

I get a nice offer for Panara, I get there and it's packed and ready but they tell me, sorry they ordered 4 souffle's, but we only had 1. Don't you think they, as the merchant, that's making food for THEIR Customer should contact their customer to let them know this and then ask their customer what they would like instead to replace what they're out of? But they don't. They think, let's make this the delivery drivers problem. They tell me, sorry everything isn't there, so let them know. Wait? So you want me to stand around contact the customer and ask what they want to do about it and then WAIT 20 minutes for you guys to cook it, while what's already packed gets cold and the order i already have in the car for a different customer also gets cold?

Doordash: "Finding orders headed back to your zone"

REALITY: "making you offers that take you further and further away from your zone like 4 and 5 miles at a time" That way by the time it's dark out and you can't see well at night, you'll need to end your dash and only be a out 45 minutes from home. You can drive home for free. No biggie it's part of the job right?

Tapping, DON'T SWITCH ZONES Means absolutely nothing. It used to! It used to work. I would get offers that I'd pick up and drop off back in my zone. That hasn't happened in quite awhile. How about you all?
