hello all! i'm setting out to build gotham city in the sims, and im looking for batman-themed cc, as well as some general, grimy urban/city cc! the flair says maxis match, but im open to alpha as well!

ive struggled so far to find crime centric cc (weapons, stacks of cash, etc.) so it would be incredible if someone could recommend something for that too, and i do already have basemental gangs+drugs which i use
