Saw this picture on the internet and have been wondering why they removed the concrete stairs and all that jazz on top of the buildings? It looked very cool and should've been kept. Does anyone know why they removed them by any chance, or have more pictures of it? I just don't get why UIC would remove such a cool thing that made the place look a lot better.
