My car key remote is not working and I tried changing the battery, still it is not locking or unlocking the door. I approached few shops and they want to replace the key remote

I want to continue use the stock original key remote after repairing the issue with the processor/ pcb

Please let me know if there are any shops that can fix this.

TLDR: Im looking for shops that can repair the pcb or chip inside the car key remote without replacing the remote.
