was told by PT that the sharp pain and impending popping/cramping that happens in my hamstring after walking or heel slides was normal from overcompensation, and i have just been managing it by bending at the waist and deeply stretching my hamstring probably 40 times per day to prevent the tightness feeling. Getting concerned because i was cleared to start work in 2 weeks and have to walk a bit there so if anyone has any advice besides stretching I would really appreciate it!!!
all the info I can find online is about people with hamstring grafts because the pain is expected for them
