I got a question. I work with a renowned broker at a private investment firm.

How do I go about getting in contact with the special assets department for banks?

Our group purchases Commercial REO properties and foreclosures. We are wanting to go straight to the banks and build a relationship with them. But its proving difficult to get in touch with someone at say Wells Fargo who handles their non performing loans and REO assets.

Any guidance?
