Hi folks, just wondering if anyone's dealt with this company and can confirm/deny whether they're safe to deal with please?
I signed up for more info from a "business for sale" site a couple of months back and have been tempted to invest in some of their properties in Liverpool and Manchester, with a continual steam of (not overly-pushy, to be fair) promotional mails and calls from their team to further tempt me.
Their website is https://globalphoenix-group.com/ and the main concern I have is that they've no socials and the sales people I've spoken with aren't on LinkedIn or have any verifiable credentials beyond what's on their website - always a bit of a red flag.
It'd be great to hear from anyone who can shed any further light on them before I consider parting with any hard-earned funds!
