I am so bummed out. My former provider quit the practice I have been going through for 6 years or so and my new provider they assigned me to cut my vyvannse from 70 mgs to 40 mgs. She said the former provider broke their policy of never prescribing more tha 30 or 40 mgs and that he was in violation or their rules. So last week I couldn't stay awake at my job. I couldn't remember what songs I was playing at my job and would stop and start a new song. By the end of the work week my boss hired a new pianist to take over one of my nights and he did it nicely and asked me if it was okay with me. Since I am having a real rough time I am wondering is there ceryain rules for different practices or was this a lie she made up because of her personal views. Whatever it was it really has effected me. I am back to feeling like I am in a daze andd cant focus or stay awake/ Titrating backwards fewels like she has wrecked my life. Anyone else been in my situation against their will?
