I was granted asylum in August 2024 after filing a mandamus lawsuit. In January 2025, I applied for both Form I-131 and Form I-485. On April 27, 2026, my I-131 was approved and I already received the document in the mail.

My question is: when do you think my I-485 might be approved? Does the approval of the I-131 have any influence on the I-485 process, or are they completely unrelated?My receipt number starts with MSC, and my case has been processed in Illinois.
