I just got accepted into FITs online master of aba for the fall semester! But I’m starting to feel discouraged about not having a lot of tenure in the ABA field. I’ve been an RBT for a few months now and by the time I’ll be starting school I’ll have been in the field for almost a year. I’ve worked in different settings like special Ed and even babysitting kids with autism so I have experience with the population for well over 2 years at this point. Some people have just been telling me to wait but I feel super passionate about the work I’m doing at the moment. Just wanted to see if other people have started grad school at similar time frames.
