About 2 months ago my mom bought a cat without telling the rest of us. She says it's her cat and my dad agrees, even though we all live together. Anyways the cat's been acting restless and hovering around the door like he wants to go out, but my mom won't let him. She says he's too young (he's 8 months old) and is scared he's gonna get hit by a car as there's a road that runs across the front of our house. We have another cat we let out so I really don't get her issue. She has anxiety so that's probably why she's so worried. I was just wondering what I should do. Do I just let the cat out while she's not around? I feel bad for him y'know
