I've recently interviewed for data annotation process at apple, I completed 3 rounds and waiting for final round to be scheduled with director

Currently it’s been 8 working days after the last interview and still no word from them, i've sent follow up email and recruiter responded stating waiting feedback from the hiring team

does it takes time to gather feedback ? Could they not have a definitive decision yet
