No response from COROS support in a week: Ticket #531675, Pace 3 dead mid-100 miler

My Pace 3 malfunctioned during a recent 100 mile race, basically the same issue reported here but during an activity. My watch now won't charge or turn on at all.

I created a support ticket (531675) on May 3rd and after a few exchanges, I haven't gotten any response since May 5th. I've followed up on the email thread and I DM'd u/COROS-official a couple of days ago but no answer as well.

I'm still within my 2-year warranty and am starting to ramp back into training for my next race. I'm hoping someone from COROS will see this and can share an escalation path.
