Am around 185cm,6ft and 95.6kg and 19 years old male for the past 2 weeks I've been living on around 300 calories a day mostly tuna Sardines or chicken Without any difficulties or hunger what so over and before that in the last mounth it was around 700 to 1000 a day with no sugar bread or rice with daily above 10km of walking and i got from 107 kg to 95 gk am pretty sure its bad diet so i want to raise it to the bare minimum of calories any advice to what number should be good for my case i dont have a eating disorder or anything i just cut as many calories cuz i didnt feel hungry
