Found this guy in the rotten wood I was soaking for my future enclosure. What is it? Can it be kept with isopods/as a pet in general?

Hi! I have recently finished building my first terrarium where I'm planning on housing isopods in the future. I would love to get feedback on it before I pull the trigger on the little guys. A bit of info:

* Substrate is peat, coco coir and sphagnum moss

* Plants: selaginella kraussiana, peperomia prostrata, sphagnum moss in the wet end

* Planning on adding leaf litter right and eggshells right before putting the pods in

* The hides are pine bark. However, it was apparently off of a very dry tree when I found it lying on the ground and no sign of sap. It has been frozen, thawed and baked
