So I am 2025 grad currently working as an SDE-1 at a US-based crypto fintech startup, and the environment here is quite hectic+ toxic as it managed by founder only.

I’ve been trying to switch for the last 3, 4 months. Applied to thousands of jobs, but barely getting any nterview calls, and the one I got didn’t work out.

At this point I am trying to understand ,
