I got hired at toll by a contracted company, pretty easy job just unloading and delivering stuff.

but there’s one thing, they hired me based on my forklift license yet in the past 3 months I’ve been here I’ve not been allowed to use the forks; yet they have someone fresh out of high school with no certification using it everyday.

i get less hours too and I might be crazy but I’m assuming it’s because I’m a woman and they think less of me.

im 21 btw and I was hoping this would give me some experience but fuck was I wrong I’m thinking of going back to tafe or something :(
