Im going to a wedding and the dress code colours are absolutely crazy in my opinion but i don’t know if this is normal or not. I will attach a swatch of all the colours she has said NOT to wear. The colours are black, white, grey, brown, light purple/pink, light blue, beige, dark purple/blue, red, and green. And she also said that she wants us to avoid white and colours close to white, black and neon colours, BUT this dress code only applies to woman/ people wearing dresses. i feel like the written part about black white and neon isn’t insane and quite normal but then the swatches of colour she gives out include basically all colours and colours that i wouldn’t call neon like light pink and light blue. basically i can only think of light buttery yellow and pale orange as if too bright they would be neon. but also i worry that they may be too close to beige and white. i do not know the bride very well so i feel i cant ask her about maybe a dark blue as i think it could work but i’m not sure. is this an outlandish ask for all her guests or is this quite normal?
