I have signed my building contract already but my builder is saying there will be extra costs associated with site conditions.

I also want to make a few changes to the interior of the house that will also cost me extra.

Does anyone have any experience with applying for variations and getting their contribution recognised?

What does that process look like?

I have extra cash so I am able to pay but I just want to make sure it is recognised.

I went to The Potting Shed at The Grounds in Alexandria. NSW and liked this pickle on top of their burger.

Does anyone know which pickle brand or supplier it could be from?

It was salty and sour, not sweet at all.
