I left my Alyftrek at home when I visited family this weekend, so I missed four doses. Within 36 hours of cessation, I started having gnarly pressure headache and sinus pain. I’ve taken two doses since coming home, and the headache is still really rough, especially when I cough, the back of my neck and head and forehead really hurt. Or if I bend forward.

Has anybody experienced this or other weird symptoms from missing doses? If it’s not better by tomorrow, then I’ll hit up my CF care team, but just wondering what insight you all might have in the meantime. Thanks so much for reading! :)
