I have lost a lot of weight on Tirzepatide but this is how my stomach looks like now.
Can you all help me with a guess estimate of my body fat percentage ? I know I should get a dexa scan but it would help me if someone could share their thoughts.

I am grateful for how much this medication has done for me and the success that I have got from it. But I feel very low when I see my stomach and I don't like the way it looks.
Surgery is not an option for me as I have very low tolerance for pain. Am I the only one or there are others who have ended up with crepey skin and cellulite after losing a lot of weight on Tirzepatide?
