I have a 2024 Mustang GT convertible that developed a problem after dealer changed the battery. The dealer disagrees the battery change had anything to do with it. They claim one of Ford’s software updates removed the ability to save a selected cluster setting.

I prefer a “Calm” instrument cluster, but whenever I turn off the ignition and lock the car, I lose the calm instrument cluster. It reverts back to the default cluster. If I leave the car unlocked, no problem.

Yes, I have personally reset the BMS after charging the battery to 100%.
