To my fellow engineers, tech leads, and builders: We’ve all seen the reality behind the 'MNC' curtain. We see the 15-hour days, the forced weekend support, the 'secret' bench firings, and the PIPs used as weapons against anyone who dares to speak up. We pay the highest taxes in the country, yet we have zero safety nets, zero regulation, and zero voice. We are exhausted, not because the work is hard, but because the system is broken.

​I am tired of watching my colleagues fear for their jobs while their mental health and dignity are traded for a client’s billing rate. I am starting a mission to build a National Digital Union & Grievance Platform—a safe, completely anonymous space (think Fishbowl meets legal advocacy) where our grievances aren’t just shouted into a void, but are routed directly to legal bodies and labor councils.

​I am a Tech Lead, and I am ready to build the architecture for our defense, but I cannot build a movement alone. I need developers who care about security and anonymity, legal minds who know our labor rights, and brave souls who are tired of being treated like 'resources' instead of human beings.
