Should i wait for the announcement of the faculty at UST?? or should i email na?? Need help or insight from ust seniors

Hii poo, so i just got my ustet results and i did not meet of the cut off score😭😭 for my main program which is Civil engineering i did not meet the mental ability and math(77) and for my alternative it's just a mental ability that didnt meet the cut off score.

I was wondering if i should still recon this. Is it even worth or even still allowed?? Need insights from my seniors😭🙏
