Iraq war veteran and rated 80% for health issues. For a very long time I’ve wanted to register and sign up for VA health. Live in Northern Virginia and the nearest VA health center is Ft. Belvoir which is over an hour away. I’ve tried multiple times to register but unsuccessfully. I was told by DVA there is a form I can fill out to essentially receive outside health care benefits but of course I lost that. Can someone help point me in the right direction? Also is reporting income a requirement to sign up? Thanks
