I'm not sure if I should lease or sublet. With leases, I'm gonna be stuck in a contract, and if I can't find a sublet, I'll pay out of my pocket along with my sublet for a coop in a different city, which is paying double, which I'm not trying to do. If I do sublets, where do I find sublets?
