Okay I have TLE. I had 3 seizures back to back Thursday night at 12:30is to 1. The next morning i woke up at 6:30 talked to my mom crying and then went back to sleep till 10 then went to work cause I felt like I had too after offering to work that day. So since then I feel like I haven’t recovered any since. My memory and speech is still wonky and I zone out more. Does sleep help with recovery after seizure? Would I get better if I sleep more this week or weekend to help?
