Hi all

Got offered a role in a Customer Success team (not CSM but a role that involves a lot of training and outreach by the sounds of the JD).

It's for a software company which I use in my current role (professional services e.g. financial planner/lawyer/broker type role without doxing myself).

I've never really heard of Customer Success before and just wanted to be know if it is a good career path?

Is it just a fancy name for a Customer Service contact centre type role? Or is it something better?

What exit ops or career paths can I lead you down?

Thanks
