I’m looking for someone traveling on Qatar Airways from Muscat (MCT) to Washington Dulles (IAD) within the next two months who would be willing to act as a flight buddy for a cat.

All costs, paperwork, and veterinary requirements (rabies vaccination, health certificate, IATA‑approved crate) will be fully covered in advance. The process is simple: the cat would be checked in under your ticket at Muscat, and upon arrival in DC, the foster/adoption partner would collect the cat at the cargo terminal.
