I have to say the writers must have really hated Caroline b/c they killed off both Stefan and Klaus. I guess she will have to stay in a loveless relationship w/ Alaric. Thoughts? And out of the two who was your preferred ship Steroline or Klaroline?
I don't mind that they had Stefan sacrifice himself so Damon could have a normal human life w/ Elena. But if they were always going to have Klaus sacrifice himself for Hope I wish they would have left Caroline out of it. As it gave Klaroline shippers hope and then ripped it all away. I wish it would have ended with just Elijah sacrificing himself to be w/ Haley instead of having Hope lose both parents. I know Joseph Morgan didn't want to play Klaus anymore. Klaus could have offered to help Caroline find a way to stop the twins merger on Legacies and been together offscreen.
