Hit 25lbs down, how do I make this sustainable in the long term?
Hit my 25lbs down last week after 3 months of consistent workouts and tracking my calories and was happy with the progress. I was thinking of my next phase as I don't want to burn out and return to my old ways, I want to keep losing fat and being in a deficit.For those who passed your first milestone what helped you to be consistent in maintaining calorie deficit and keeping the weight off?.
Will appreciate any advice or hearing your experiences.
