Small patch
I’m stupid with home improvement. How can I fix this hole? Is it just as simple as breaking off the remaining drywall paper that is hanging, clean, and paint? There is no hole in the drywall I think it’s just the paper that is falling off. Please help and talk to me as a beginner and forgive my ignorance. Thanks in advance
