High plot return idea-YEIDA village Land Acquisition
These days I am in touch with few YEIDA brokers and one of them told me an idea- I want you bounce it here and if anyone experienced it or tried it.
So YEIDA will acquire land in notified villages and give owners compensation. Broker told me there is 1 beghaa land who market value is current 36 lakh and compensation when YEIDA acquires in 6 months is also 36 lakhs. However YEIDaA will also give a plot of 60-70 Sq metre which is around 35 lakhs. So that’s 100 percent profit in 6 months assuming I can sell the plot. Too good to be true?
