Could anyone help me find a modpack that might line up with what im looking for

Preferably newer versions of possible 1.18 and up

Some form of quest book that I can follow when I'm bored or may need some help with an end goal

Technology involved that would help me eg ore processing, AE2 for storage

good for adventuring with some bosses to fight

good building mods like chisel and etc
