Every time i brake they make like a crunching noise when coming to a complete stop. i got them checked and the pads were at 9MM. is this just a OEM mazda brake thing? Has me worried a lot

Struggling a ton lately with enemy adc/support bringing barrier and heal. it feels like i just cant do any damage to kill them then just get kited down and die. Playing exclusively with taric support running ignite i usually run exhaust or barrier. idk what to do
