28M , thinking about upgrading my style and overall presence

I usually go with simple outfits (t-shirt + jeans), but I’d like something more masculine and structured, maybe rugged, smart casual or even classic European style.

I have thick hair and a full beard, so I’m open to suggestions about haircut, beard shape, clothing fits, or colors that would suit my face and body type.

What would you change first?
