I cook this fajita chicken almost every week and this is tge fastest way of getting my grill hot and even maintain a light air supply to keep the grill sizzling.
Edit: I light my coals in the KJ and let some light before spreading them and hitting it with the leaf blower. Once the coals are lit, I just put a small extra breeze to keep the coals nice and hot. Thank you for caring for my KJ's ceramic.
