Don't beat yourself up!

Mistakes
Gods grace covers your mistakes. Stop trying to pay for sins Christ already paid for.
True Repentance brings peace, while self- condemnation is "worldly grief" that brings death; instead , embrace God’s forgiveness , learn and move forward.
DISTINGUISH CONVICTION FROM CONDEMNATION:
-Conviction (from the Holy Spirit) leads to repentance and peace, while condemnation (from the enemy/ self) leads to shame and hopelessness.
Accept God's forgiveness completely! -Realizing that continuing to beat yourself up is equivalent to saying Christ's sacrifice wasn't enough!
~Romans 8:1 says there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus
ADOPT A GROWTH MINDSET
View mistakes and "stupid things" as learning opportunities rather than evidence of your worthlessness
PRACTICE SELF-COMPASSION
Speak to yourself as you would a dear friend in the same situation, God embraces our humanness....we should too
FOCUS ON FUTURE ACTION
Once you have confessed and made ammends (if necessary), remember that "ruminating" is useless.Use that energy to ask god for strength to change, and act differently next time
REMEMBER:
* God's grace is sufficient
~My weakness is an opportunity for od's Gower to be made perfect.
(2 Cor 12:9)
The entire verse:
My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
