A question about weapon perma gel and blood disease, Hypothetically, if you had the Sandy blod disease and you hit an enemy with a weapon that causes bleeding, would the sandy effect be applied with bleeding or would it replace bleeding?
Is for a build idea so I wanan get confirmation first
