Trying to fix a M1L after having to frog back several rounds

Stitch count is correct, last picture with purple stitch markers is the sleeve that I (hopefully) recovered successfully. But this one isn’t looking right I don’t think? I thought the stitch right before the inc was dropped, but when I ladder it up I have what’s shown in picture 2.

Anyone here already on Zoloft for reasons that aren’t due to PMDD, but adjust your dose higher during luteal?

This was a step talked about with my psychiatrist last appointment. I’ve been on Zoloft for several years for major depressive disorder, 100mg currently. I worry about increasing and then just decreasing back to 100mg once my period starts. I’ve gone through ssri withdrawals and it’s hell. This is on my notes to ask my doctor at my next appointment, but just wanted to know if anyone had experience with this.

If it matters, I’m also on Wellbutrin and Lamictal.

Pattern says to pick up 76 stitches across left front. Am I right in picking up the ones in red? Or do I need to pick up that spot in the middle with an increase? If I don’t pick it up, there’s that gap in between, but if I do pick it up, then those 3 are pretty close together- so sees uneven either way? Is there a general rule/technique to follow when picking up stitches?
