Hey everyone,

I’m launching a new B2B AI service for small and medium businesses in the US/Canada.

Since this is still new and the budget is tight, I’m trying to figure out a fair structure before I start looking.

Current offer price to clients is around $399 setup.

I was thinking of paying around $100 per closed client, but I’m not sure if that’s fair, too low, or if there’s a better structure.

Not trying to underpay someone good, but also trying not to overcommit before the offer is proven.

For people who’ve sold or managed sales for early-stage B2B offers: does that structure sound fair, or would a percentage of the setup fee / small recurring commission make more sense?

Any advice from people who’ve done this before?

Thank you
