I don't know if I am screwed on not
So the thing is I have very bad eye sight for a long but my parents are very strict and they hate glasses so I kept my mouth shut and my eyes or worse and worse and i check them today my number about something -3.5 or-3.75 but the guy said for the first time I should I have -3 to adapt so now the I have the glasses they dude they feels too strong like every thing so so clear and iam confused if I got right power or not because when I am using my phone I can't see clear I have to put it one arm length away to see clearly and just to compare when I wear my father's glasses which are lower power I guess around -2 or 2.5 they fell more natural and not as strong as mine and I am confused and i can't say anything to my family because I did all this in secret 😭😭 somebody hellpp me
