Just want to say to all of the beginner lifters in here, please stop making lifting complicated if you haven't been in the gym consistently for at least a year.

Hit all of your muscle groups once or twice a week with 3-5 exercises taken to failure. Keep upping your weight as often as your body can handle, and get your protein and sleep in. Creatine is optional.

If you haven't been working out consistently for a year, this is literally all you need to focus on. Don't overcomplicate your lifting when you haven't nailed the basics 💪🏻
