I don‘t want to continue my life with this shit.

Last summer I lost around 15k over a few months and had to borrow money. As of this spring I was able to pay all of it back, go to therapy and save some money. Today, the night of my birthday I gambled away way over 2k which I really needed. I‘m just so angry
