I’m filling my O1A 3rd time after USCIS losing my petition 1st time, sending back the petition due to wrong fees 2nd time although my attorney rechecked everything and says it has been happening to several of his other clients as well. I’m not sure why? Did any one face this? I’m a founder of a US based nonprofit but going through an agent route but did any one in social impact or nonprofit face any different issues and challenges during the filling or processing time. How was the experience in the interview?
