OTF Strong
Has anyone else seen their efforts go down with the implementation of the OTF Strong Hybrid Templates? I reviewed my numbers on my fitness app (Apple Watch) and have seen a decline since our studio upgraded in April. I’ve tried to put in the efforts like before but have not gotten the splats and just don’t feel like it’s working more to my advantage yet. In particular there is less emphasis on rowing (which I love and I understand some don’t.) What am I doing and what can I do? Any suggestions? 68F, power walker. Mid level fitness with a ways to go to goal. Two years into OTF. 200+ classes, 4x week.
